Some time after I graduated from the Faculty of Law English Department, I began working for ASAP Tickets as a travel consultant – which I'm proud to say I have done now for more than two years.
During this time, I've come to understand that being a travel agent is not just a job – it's a passion, one that encourages you to travel more and seek out potential self-growth.
I've learned to solve problems effectively and how to communicate with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. These skills have helped me to deal with situations where it has been crucial to solving issues promptly.
Currently, I'm working with sales and with customer service requests. When I do get free time, I take every opportunity to travel and explore new places.
