My strategy at work is to provide customers with a full and detailed information as that’s the only way to build trust and ensure a successful cooperation. The majority of problems between agent and customer are due to poor communication, so I try to avoid that at all costs.

Group and multi-city travel are the most challenging ones, however, these types of trips are also my favorite to work on.
