I decided to become a travel agent since I know 5 languages and like to communicate with people and help solve issues by giving advice or assistance. In my opinion, the most important thing in a travel agents' work is to be respectful, because you don't know the life of that customer or what he's been through. Also, you must be a good listener; this is key! You will not make it otherwise! And to be patient, if you don't have any patience, the job is not for you. Outside of work, I am a professional soccer player who has also been practicing K1 for a couple of years. All in all, I am a big fan of a healthy lifestyle, traveling, and reading books.
